The Clinton Arrow Podcast—Episode 6

Clinton High School In this sixth episode, four seniors—Caleb Bohannon, Shelby Dean, Acacia Rodriguez and Kevin Zhang—speak about how they handled the news that schools were going to remain closed due to the COVID-19 virus pandemic. 

 

They talk about the real heartache they felt but also how they've taken pride in overcoming this challenge. Their perspectives grant access to the rest of the world to realize great promise for the class of 2020 is still present. 

 

I spoke with MS Army National Guard Staff Sergeant Shelbi Constancio about her role as recruiter. She offers great advice to her recruits and reflects on the pride she has in her community and the military.

 

Closing out the episode is a conversation with Los Angeles Rams Runningback Cam Akers. He helped lead the Clinton Arrows to a championship victory at the 2016 MHSAA 6A State Championship game. He reflects on his time as a student and an athlete at CHS and talks the NFL draft, current routines and how anyone can accomplish any goal.
