Clinton High School’s graduating class of 2025 closed out their senior year under the lights of Arrow Field.

This year’s senior class of 420 saw 111 seniors accept scholarships to 34 different colleges and universities, with a total of $4.9 million in scholarships awarded to the class of 2025.

Faith Taylor served as this year’s Valedictorian and Mati Claire Miley as Salutatorian.

Others listed in the academic top ten were, in ascending order, Grayson Fortenberry, Mandy Leach, Linna Van, Joshua Noble, Owen McCleese, Kate Jackson, Brooke Prestwood and Ian McInnis.

With the weather cooperating on a Friday night, the CHS Class of 2025 celebrated together to close out their time as high school students.

CHS Class of 2025 by the numbers:

  • 18 seniors scored 30 or higher on the ACT
  • 2 seniors were named National Merit Finalists
  • 46 seniors were members of the Phi Theta Kappa, Beta Psi Upsilon chapter
  • 3 seniors were named STAR Students
  • 90 seniors were members of the National Honor Society
  • 72 seniors earned the President’s Award for Educational Excellence
  • 23 student athletes signed letters of intent to 16 different schools
  • 13 seniors earned fine arts scholarships to 6 different schools
