In those first few years of school, kids don’t fall in love with reading through practice and listening alone. They fall in love with it because it’s fun, it’s meaningful, and it’s their own individual journey.

In Pre-K through first grade, my goal isn’t just to help introduce literacy skills, but to help students see themselves as readers from the very beginning and to fall in love with reading.
