Mission Statement

The mission of Lovett Elementary School is to provide opportunities for student success by guaranteeing challenging learning experiences in a caring, safe environment that bridge the gap between elementary and junior high school.

Motto: "Bridging the Gap"

Lovett Elementary blends concepts from both the elementary and junior high school fundamentals. We believe this endeavor better enables our students to make a successful transition to the junior high school setting. The following strategies demonstrate ways in which Lovett Elementary serves in bridging the gap for our student body, both academically and socially.

Class schedule differences - six periods with students changing classes
