Welcome to the 2012/2013 school year. We are excited about the opportunities that this year presents. The Arrow Nation is ready for great things.
Clinton High School and the Clinton Public School District have set high standards for our students since the inception of the district. We continue to pursue excellence in all areas. As such, we would like to let you know of the general goals which we have set for ourselves at CHS.
- Increase the health, safety, and well-being of our students by educating them in areas of suicide prevention and marijuana/alcohol abuse.
- Increase the performance on the Subject Area Tests and Advanced Placement Tests.
- Reduce office referrals by enhancing the classroom management skills of the teachers.
- Increase student use of computer labs and library computers.
We will be working towards achieving these goals and making modifications as we go. Of course, this is not an all inclusive list. These are simply specified goals which we have set for ourselves based on needs of our students.
Clinton High School will continue to work for our students and our community by providing the best comprehensive education possible. We hope that your students have a great year!
