The Clinton Park kindergarten and first grade curricula are derived from the Frameworks supplied by the MS Department of Education. Teachers use research based and data-driven instructional methods for the purpose of challenging students to not simply meet, but to exceed, set minimum standards.

The curriculum is taught through Early Literacy strategies including, but not limited to, guided reading, interactive writing, phonics and developmentally appropriate learning centers.  It is the goal of the teachers at Clinton Park to teach objectives using a variety of methods in order to meet the different learning styles of our students.
