Dear Parents/Guardians:

Please read carefully the enclosed information and keep for reference regarding graduation.

CHS GRADUATION REFERRAL SHEET – 2008

When: Friday, May 23, 2008

Where: A.E. Wood Coliseum, Mississippi College

Time: 7:30 p.m.

Relevant Information:

• Graduation practice will begin at 9:30 Friday morning and students who will march in the ceremony are required to be present. This means in your seat at 9:30, not coming in the door. We realize that the Luau is Thursday night, so we strongly encourage parents to make sure the students are awake and prepared appropriately for rehearsal.
• No parking allowed on Highway 80.

• Each person must have a ticket, including babies and children.
• Doors open at 6:15 p.m.
• Handicapped entrance is located on the upper north side. Limited handicapped seating is available on the gym floor, handled on a first come first serve basis. All handicapped persons must be seated by 7:15 p.m.
• Graduates must be lined up by 6:45.
• No holding of seats.
• The lower level seating will close at 7:00 p.m. Seating will be available only on the upper levels after this time.
• Everyone must be seated by 7:20 p.m.
• Exterior doors will close during the processional. No one will be admitted during this time. Doors will open after the processional.
• Enclosed are three letters regarding graduation and 10 admittance tickets.
• PLEASE READ THESE LETTERS CAREFULLY.
