The large collage above (approximately 30” x 24”) is the 2nd Congressional District’s winner that is on display in our nation’s capitol for a year.  This student used “hole punches” and torn paper from magazines, cut paper from metallic paper, and real guitar strings.

 

 

 

SCHOLASTICS 2008

 

Clinton High School had many pictures selected for the Scholastic Art Show.  The students’ work will hang in the Mississippi Museum of Art through April 13, 2008.  The Awards Ceremony will start at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 9, 2008 at Thalia Mara Hall.  The reception will follow next door at the Mississippi Museum of Art.  CONGRATULATIONS TO THE FOLLOWING STUDENTS:
