ART IV
In Art IV we spend a large
part of the year working on individual needs of study. During the first semester, each student is
encouraged to focus on a certain area.
By the end of the year, they should have a body of work for a portfolio.
This student decided to
explore acrylic painting as the main medium of her portfolio. She centered her pieces around a trip to the
reservoir with a childhood friend from

incorporating the beauty of art found in nature, music, culture, and childhood.
